Overview

Responsibilities

As the Senior Air Force Test and Evaluation Policy Analyst with demonstrated experience in DOW program acquisition, test and evaluation planning, execution and policy and HQ Office Operations. You'll be responsible for the following:

 

  • Developing and aligning test and evaluation policy with DoW's acquisition pathways.
  • Recommending and drafting revisions for DoW and Service instructions, manuals, and guides governing test and evaluation strategy and policy.
  • Developing test and evaluation policy to address emerging issues on Cybersecurity, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Directed Energy Weapons, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Engineering, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Data/Knowledge Management, Agile Software Development, and DevSecOps.
  • Publishing test and evaluation policy documents and newsletters.
  • Facilitating and documenting meetings on T&E strategy, planning, and policy.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current and active TS/SCI clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
  • 15 Years' relevant experience including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Master's degree in STEM field is preferred.
  • preferred experience: Previous experience with Department of Defense systems acquisition and T&E.
  • Former Military experience.
  • Excellent writing, communication and briefing skills.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $145,000.00/Yr. - USD $165,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
