- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in DoD security,
- with at least 7-10 years dedicated specifically to managing Special Access Programs. Prior experience as a GSSO or PSM is highly desirable.
Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation. Must be SCI eligible and have current or prior SAP access. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Completion of advanced SAP security training (e.g., SAPPC, SPSC) is required.
Expertise: Mastery of te DoDM 5205.07 series, ICDs (704, 705), and other relevant SAP security policies. Proven experience in SAPF accreditation and management. - Skills: Demonstrated leadership and program management capabilities. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex security challenges with minimal supervision. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
