• Assist in the administration of contract operations, execution of strategic initiatives, and oversight of staff, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate status tracking, support stakeholder communication, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with program controls and reporting.
• Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
• Works in close Coordination EDLM/UDLM (Emergency/Urgent Depot Level Maintenance) manager

Education: Bachelors in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training

Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
Certifications: CCE, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC certification.
Experience: 11+ YearsProficiency in managing contract operations and strategic initiatives while providing oversight on staff allocation and resource use is required.

• Strong organizational skills are essential to track status and manage deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to program controls.
• Capability to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and maintain compliance with reporting standards is advantageous.
• Experience in administrative roles coupled with problem-solving skills supports assuming leadership roles when necessitated.
• Skilled in managing and supporting contract personnel, cost, safety, and security.
