As a Solutions Developer with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to do the following:

• Significant experience in SharePoint Development, including SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and supporting solutions using the O365 Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Extensive background supporting Power Platform applications in federal environments, with an understanding of compliance and security requirements.
• Advanced programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, developing dynamic web applications and customizations.
• UI/UX expert, with a proven track record in designing clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces leveraging Modern SharePoint Online experience.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and proactively solve complex business challenges through technology solutions.
• Strong multitasking skills, managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• DHS or Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelors in STEM with 8-10 years of experience, or HS diploma with 15+ years.
• Experience developing solutions for DHS or other Agencies.
• Strong engineering lifecycle background.
• Excellent writing, briefing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced supporting senior Government leaders and technical/business professionals.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $94,400.00/Yr. - USD $157,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
