Responsibilities

As a Jr. Logistics and Finance Analyst supporting the Advanced Sensors Technology (AST) Program Office, you will:

  • Assist the PMO supply management detachments and field sites for logistics operations.
  • Coordinate Parts inventory Control System users, ensuring no gaps in critical supply support.
  • Track Program inventory, repairable material, and office supply consumables efficiently.
  • Support purchase request process for Program supply items from various sources.
  • Maintain accurate purchase request records and provide 100% traceability of invoices.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all government funds expenditures.
  • Coordinate transportation requirements for Program field operations, monitor shipments, and remedy inaccuracies promptly.
  • Coordinate receipt and delivery of Program material from CONUS warehouses with 100% accountability.
  • Coordinate facilities management, e.g., on-site equipment repairs, HVAC maintenance, locksmith and electrical services, and facility space reconfiguration projects.
  • Support government management of all COMSEC equipment for Program facility location.
  • Provide timely and thorough administrative support to the PMO facility management team.

Qualifications

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0-2 years relevant experience with DoD agency
  • Willingness to learn the DoD Acquisition process and a Program Office support role.
  • Intrinsic motivation to improve processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with MS office application (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holing a U.S. security clearance

NOTE: This position is currently 100% on site at Dallas, TX.

 

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $54,100.00/Yr. - USD $90,400.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
