Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities

  • Program leader responsible for building and growing our relationship with the Navy customer.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with Navy goals and objectives in support of Program Management Office.
  • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks. 
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. 
  • Establishes and maintains progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent

  • U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
  • Ten years’ experience in a management position dealing with complex Navy Systems

  • Ten years' experience managing personnel

  •  Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Five years’ experience managing technical services contracts supporting Navy C4I systems operations and maintenance

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $135,600.00/Yr. - USD $226,400.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
