Responsibilities

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Chief of Staff to work closely with the Director of Marine Corps SAP Central Office, providing strategic support and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the Director's vision and priorities are executed.

    Act as a trusted advisor to the Director of Marine Corps SAP Central Office, facilitating decision-making and managing critical initiatives
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation of projects
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and objectives
  • Drive alignment between teams, ensuring clear communication and removing roadblocks
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
  • Manage the Director’s priorities, schedule, and internal/external communications
  • Oversee special projects and delegate work to appropriate team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
  • 11+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, project management, or executive support
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • High EQ, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Adept at briefing executives andprogram IPT level leadership.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $107,800.00/Yr. - USD $180,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
