As an Administrative Program Analyst you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Summarizes and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Reviews and ensures completeness of all travel expenditures and timesheets.
- Processes team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Prepares and reviews project invoices.
- Assists in new employee orientation and assures completion of corporate required training.
- Oversees the achievement of all CRC required pre-deployment standards by all deploying personnel.
- Coordinates with government sponsors to attain CAC cards and Letters of Authorization for travel.
- Maintains personnel deployment and travel records.
- Tracks personnel deployment and movement timelines and itineraries.
- Formulates cohesive and accurate monthly reports to the customer and Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Participates in internal teams/task forces.
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
