As a Training Lead/Task Manager you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Design and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to UGS operational needs.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and related documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, materials, and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to trainers and trainees, maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress, and outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment tools and gather feedback for program improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources for training activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external training providers and experts.
- Align training strategies with organizational objectives and generate detailed reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Act as a liaison among trainers, team members, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and task alignment.
- Collaborate with the UGS Team Lead to document operational feedback and address program requirements.
