Responsibilities
- Provide system software engineering expertise to IPT personnel in the support of VH-92A Program requirements and objectives.
- Requires ability to communicate with leadership, fleet personnel, and peers.
- Provide technical guidance, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to IPT members in support of the development of software/hardware products.
- Provide guidance, identify risks and issues, and provide software recommendations to Class Desk in support of Interim Flight Clearances.
- Interface with the SSA to provide technical guidance and recommendations to develop an increasing in-house sustainment of software and processes.
- Interface with the CSS to provide technical guidance and recommendations to assist with Mission Communication System (MCS) software acquisition.
- Prepare/Review/Manage technical documentation, proposals, investigations, analyses, needed to support ECPs, Product Test Verifications, and other appropriate documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's of Science degree from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering with a minimum three (3) years of task related experience -OR- Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering with a minimum six (6) years of task related experience. (A degree in other engineering fields or operations research may be substituted for a systems engineering degree).
- Prior experience performing systems engineering related duties.Active TS clearance
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $92,100.00/Yr. - USD $193,900.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
