Responsibilities

As an M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Tank TAFT Primary Instructor/Site Lead with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have an opportunity to do the following:

  • Provide Poland Army M1A2 SEPv3 TAFT training and technical support
  • Provide expert advice and training to Polish Army personnel on techniques and procedures similar to U.S. Army M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams.
  • Serve as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT.
  • Be responsible for coordinating and conducting the Polish Abrams TAFT Program and also perform the duties of the Project Manager (PM) in the event the PM is absent.
  • Act as liaison between the PM, instructors, students, U.S. Army SATMO, and Polish Army.
  • Be responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the M1A2 SEPv3 Program.
  • Provide instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a SECRET clearance
  • Fourteen years of relevant experience required
  • Previously qualified as a M1 Abrams Tank Commander.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in Army’s armored forces.
  • Possess the experience and capability to coordinate and sustain faculty, staff, and logistical support in Poland.
 

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $92,100.00/Yr. - USD $193,900.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
