As a US Army Aircraft Powerplant Repair Supervisor (APRS) with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Evaluate maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and operational policies with a focus on the skills of a US Army MOS 15B Aircraft Powertrain Repairer (including classroom academics and hands-on demonstration).
- Train and advise maintenance trend analysis and apply production control, quality control and other maintenance management principles, and procedures to aircraft engine maintenance and shop operations.
- Instruct personnel and conduct technical training in aircraft engine system maintenance, supply and safety techniques.
- Train Polish Air Force (PAF) on removal, replacement, services, engine assemblies or components, disassembly, repairs, diagnostically test turbine engine systems, subsystems and components according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals.
- Assist in troubleshooting engines and rigging engine controls.
