Responsibilities

As a Software Development Engineer with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
  • Oversight and management of all internally created software supporting the DTOC as well as consulting with and supporting some externally created and managed software supporting DTOC DMO.
  • Coordinates with external agencies and development activities on DTOC related software development related topics and activities.
  • Provides status, guidance and recommendations to DTOC leadership on all DTOC software development and maintenance related topics and activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
  • SECRET clearance
  • Four (4) year degree or Two (2) year degree with 2-years practical experience
  • Experience in all aspects of software programming languages, design, architectures and application development and maintenance
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience with DMO related software applications, scheduling tools and environment generator applications

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $92,100.00/Yr. - USD $193,900.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
